General AI: sklearn DNN RNN LSTMs Supervised Learning Unsupervised Learning
Discover and refine business use cases of AI in customer care.
Organize and prioritize the backlog according to business value and customer needs.
Collaborate with other Product Owners and work in an agile crossfunctional team structure.
Plan AI initiatives aligned with the product vision.
Oversee our selfservice offering through all channels including chat voice and email using technologies such as (Conversational) IVR Speech Recognition Chatbots Natural Language Understanding Voice Biometrics and Language Models.
Design present and train customer selfservice conversations for Expertflow partners and clients in English ideally also in Arabic and French globally.
Assume functional leadership for this capability define our functional strategy manage our relationship with AI vendors and Hugging Face Open Source models and define the technical skills that we should maintain within our employees.
Define our functional offering and describe it on our website and blog posts.
Acquire sufficient technical depth to implement conversation flows on your own enabling you to present with authority and knowledge.
Lead our AI team functionally and interact daily with the project implementation teams across Africa our product development team in Pakistan and sales and partners globally.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Master s degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a senior role focused on AI technologies ideally with experience in Product Management. Strong ability to communicate complex AI products and services clearly.
Domain Expertise: Indepth experience with AI technologies including large language models (LLMs) AI engines natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch). Experience with AIdriven conversational design and integration with voice or chatbots is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in deploying AI models and working with AI tech stacks. Familiarity with cloudbased AI platforms such as AWS Google Cloud AI or Microsoft Azure AI is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Strong organizational decisionmaking and leadership abilities. Capable of driving AI projects forward and making impactful decisions.
Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English.
Preferred Experience: Knowledge in Business Administration Product Management Marketing or related fields. Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira AHA! Confluence and SAFe principles.
