Job Title: Project Owner ERP Software

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Owner with almost 23 years of experience to oversee the development and implementation of our ERP software tailored for a vehicle exporting and selling company. This role requires a proactive leader who can efficiently manage and coordinate a team of software developers ensuring successful project within specified timelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead the endtoend project lifecycle for the ERP software from planning to deployment ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs and objectives.

• Task Conversion: Translate stakeholder requirements into clear actionable software development tasks ensuring they align with project goals and timelines.

• UI and Workflow Approval: Work closely with stakeholders to design and refine the user interface (UI) and workflow obtaining necessary approvals before development begins.

• Project and Requirement Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project and requirement documentation ensuring all project details tasks and updates are thoroughly recorded.

• Task Assignment: Utilize Jira to assign tasks to software developers setting clear deadlines and priorities for each sprint or project phase.

• Timeline Management: Monitor project progress adjusting schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and final deliverables.

• Communication: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders software developers and other teams ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project.

• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

• Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management highlighting progress challenges and any necessary adjustments.

• ProblemSolving and DecisionMaking: Utilize strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to address challenges ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Data Migration: Oversee the migration of existing data into the new ERP system ensuring data integrity and seamless integration into the database.

• Version Control: Manage and track the software development process using Git ensuring that all code is properly versioned and documented.

• CI/CD Integration: Implement and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of software updates.

• Server and Database Management: Oversee and manage both testing and production environments including cPanel and databases ensuring their proper configuration security and performance.

• Deployment Management: Handle the deployment of software updates and patches to both testing and production servers ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the companys quality standards and are aligned with the business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science Information Technology Project Management or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in managing ERP software projects.

• Strong knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools.

• Experience with Git for version control and managing code repositories.

• Proficiency in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines to automate software testing and deployment.

• Experience in managing remote teams with excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Familiarity with cPanel database management and overseeing testing and production server environments.

• Demonstrated ability to gather and document requirements and convert them into actionable development tasks.

• Experience in designing and obtaining approval for user interfaces and workflows.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.

• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of the vehicle exporting and selling industry is a plus.
