Handling Clients Calls through email(s)/Calls(s) if required remote support

Ensure a mail response & closure of the call through mail or phone.

Should be able to troubleshoot issues Installation deployment & Implementation of s/w.

Good communication skills Comfortable with Rotational Shifts (24*7)
