Responsibilities
- Generate accurate insurance quotes using our cuttingedge proprietary system
- Explain coverage options deductibles and policy intricacies to clients with clarity and confidence
- Handle sensitive customer information with utmost care and confidentiality
- Provide toptier customer service building rapport and fostering longterm client relationships
- Assist with crucial backoffice tasks related to policy processing and management
- Engage in consultative sales guiding clients towards optimal insurance solutions
- Answer complex queries about specific insurance terms and concepts (e.g. Cover J wind and hail coverage)
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth policy processing and exceptional client experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience in property and casualty insurance with a focus on home and auto coverage
- Indepth understanding of insurance terminology and concepts
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to break down complex insurance terms into easily digestible explanations
- Proficiency in using computer systems and adapting to new software for quoting and policy management
- Meticulous attention to detail especially when handling sensitive customer data
- Strong customeroriented mindset with a knack for building and maintaining relationships
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic fastpaced environment
- Comfortable working with USbased clients in the Central Time zone
