Job Description
- Prepare detailed fa ade cladding shop drawings using AutoCAD including elevations sections and details.
- Interpret architectural and engineering plans ensuring accuracy in the representation of fa ade systems.
- Collaborate with project managers architects and engineers to ensure shop drawings meet project requirements and timelines.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from design teams clients or project stakeholders.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards building codes and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and fabricators to ensure proper implementation of shop drawings during the construction phase.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and discrepancies related to the fa ade cladding design and installation.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Drafting Architecture Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in drafting with a focus on fa ade cladding shop drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong understanding of fa ade cladding systems materials and installation methods.
- Ability to interpret and work with architectural and structural plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in drafting work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
- Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g. Revit SketchUp SolidWorks) is a plus but not required
- Setup and Location: WFH/Remote
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)

Requirements/Skills needed: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Advance Trade Cert, or equivalent. At least 3+ years of experience in Drafting and Design, or similar role. Knowledge in steam pipe design and other piping systems. Be able to read drawings and proficient in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, or Solid Works. Have understanding of Piping codes of NZ is highly preferred. Experience in platform, stair, and general fabrication design Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills (Get consistent feedback and communication to customers and key stakeholders). Display a positive attitude and exception project management and organizational skills Have attention to detail and be quality oriented, ensuring quality standards are not compromised. Ability to work independently. Able to meet targets within strict timelines. Be able to think and act outside the box (Solutions finder) Have safety consciousness/awareness. Additional Job Details: Work Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM (NZ) | 4 AM to 1 PM PH Time Employment Type: Full-time All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
