Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Fixed 8 AM 5 PM (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila time) with 1hour unpaid break
- Mountain Standard Time
- 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
WITH FULLCYCLE ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE. A CPA DESIGNATION IS NEEDED.
- Prepare examine and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with established financial standards and regulations.
- Develop implement and maintain financial databases computer software systems and manual filing systems.
- Prepare and analyze budgets comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Analyze business operations trends costs revenues financial commitments and obligations to project future revenues and expenses.
- Provide strategic financial recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors tax agents and regulatory bodies ensuring all required documentation is available and compliant.
- Collaborate with management teams to provide insights and datadriven financial decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest financial and tax regulations and ensure the companys financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
Requirements
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in professional conduct.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
