Job Description:
Client management and sales client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements
Client communication and relationship management providing timely followup with clients via phone email virtual and inperson meetings to handle objections and negotiations
Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets
Provide professional customer service client support and recommendations
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Proposal writing quotation invoicing and payments
Events planning and coordination liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure creation of a successful event programme
Assist in refining the company s sales strategy and processes
Collaborate with Marketing team to suggest new marketing strategies and promotions

Requirements
At least 12 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales will be preferred)
Meticulous and great attention to details
Highly organized with good time management skills
Strong communication skills verbal written and presentations
Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
Proactive and can solve problems independently
Work well with others as a good team player
Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Proficient in Microsoft Office Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs Google Sheets etc)
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zoho HubSpot etc) is a bonus

Total Salary Compensation Basic Salary Sales Commission
Basic Salary Range: SGD 3000 to SGD 4000 per month depending on qualifications & experience
Sales commission and incentives (uncapped the more sales you close the more commission you earn)
