About the Organization
Founded in 2016 Kay Felton Consulting LLC has been providing Project Management and Business Management to various clients throughout the United States.
II. Responsibilities
The Assistant Project Manager I must be able to perform the following responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities tasks and timelines under the guidance of project managers. Support the planning scheduling and of project deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication with project stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and address inquiries. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation records and reports. Assist in preparing status updates progress reports and presentations for project teams and stakeholders.
Resource Management: Support resource allocation and capacity planning for project tasks and activities. Monitor resource utilization and assist in addressing resource constraints or conflicts.
Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying documenting and tracking project risks and issues. Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Quality Assurance: Participate in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. Support quality reviews audits and evaluations to uphold project excellence.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Participate in team coordination meetings and workshops as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
Entrylevel experience in project coordination assistant project management or related roles is advantageous.
