Key Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Account Support to assist our National Account Manager and Sales Executive Manager. In this role you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will be responsible for assisting with various sales processes managing client relationships and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daytoday administrative and operational support to the National Account Manager and Sales Executive Manager.
  • Assist with small sales opportunities including responding to client inquiries preparing quotes and following up on leads.
  • Support account management by maintaining client records preparing client reports and ensuring timely responses to client needs.
  • Assist in preparing sales documents including proposals contracts and service agreements ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Attend client meetings with the account managers and support with meeting notes followups and document preparation.
  • Help manage the QuidVis portal ensuring client data is uptodate and sales activity is accurately tracked.
  • When requested prepare sales reports and analysis to support the sales and account management teams in tracking performance and identifying opportunities.
  • Assist with the coordination of client onboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and services are delivered effectively.

Requirements

Essential Requirements for the Job:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with clients and internal teams professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently manage priorities and take initiative to support the sales and account management functions.
  • Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service and support.

Desirable Requirements for the Job:

  • Experience in a sales support account management or administrative role preferably in the fire safety compliance or facilities management sector.
  • Knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance
