Job Description
Job Description:
- Perform fullsets of Accounts including preparation of Journal Entries and reconciliation.
- Responsible for managing all facets of the accounting matters of the company including month end or yearend closing process financial statement preparation audits process management and compliance to accounting tax & other guidelines.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Perform monthly quarterly and annual closing activities and reconciliations of accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Manage cash flow prepare budget & forecast report
- Involve in Payroll calculation and submission (about 10 to 14 headcount)
- Coordinate with external auditors tax agents and other stakeholders for audit and tax matters.
- Ensure proper accounting records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle adhoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Able to converse fluently in Mandarin.
- 34 years of experience specialized in finance or equivalent.
- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS office applications.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Meticulous handson and good team player.
- Independent meticulous with analytical mind.
Remuneration:
Up to MYR 4500 (Basic) MYR 500 (Fixed Allowance) MYR 5000

Transport Allowance : RM 300
