Sales and Marketing Role in Berlin for Dutch Speakers

Role Details: Youll be the goto digital marketing expert assisting clients with their social media strategies evaluating ad performance and managing client communications to enhance their marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with strong English.
- Work permit for Germany or EU citizenship required.
- Experience in sales or digital advertising preferred.
- Familiarity with social media ads essential.
Training Overview: Embark on a structured fourweek training program: two weeks in the classroom and two weeks of handson experience. The program includes Meta Blueprint Certification and is fully paid. Attendance is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert marketing advice to clients.
- Review and analyze social media ad data.
- Handle client calls and discuss ad strategies.
- Implement marketing tactics to achieve KPIs.
- Detect trends and propose campaign improvements.
Schedule:
- 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.
- Working hours from 08:45 am to 05:15 pm including breaks.
