Job Description
Key Selling Points:
- Schedule: Out 12 days home 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.
- Routes: OTR across all 48 states with the majority of freight east of I35.
- Mileage: Averagemiles per week determined by HOS and availability.
- Freight: All notouch freight; 5060% drop & hook 4050% live unload.
- Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs.
Additional Details:
- Equipment: Drive 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths.
- Haul Length: Average length of haul is over 600 miles.
- Support: 24/7 operations specialist available for assistance.
- Empowerment: All shifts tailored to meet your needs.
Pay and Benefits:
- PayScale: View PayScale
- Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
- Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on Safety Mileage & Productivity. Eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire date.
