Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients providing support answering inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow account revenue by identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales marketing customer support) to deliver excellent service and meet client expectations.
- Regularly review account performance provide updates and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Analyze client needs and industry trends to ensure the best solutions are provided.
- Track account progress and ensure goals are met in line with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native German speaker with strong proficiency in English.
- Experience: Previous experience in account management customer service or sales is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Benefits & Schedule:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Location: Officebased in Malaga.
