Act as the first point of contact for company partners managing engagement and handoff to appropriate specialists.
Provide business and technical enablement to drive the growth of company brands within partner channels.
Train partner sales teams on company product strategies and solutions.
Manage partner pipeline and forecasting through tracking tools.
Detect and pursue new business opportunities ensuring the successful closure of deals.
Develop partner business focusing on sellout growth margin improvement and program compliance.
Analyze the partners market and competitive landscape to optimize companys market share.
Drive partner loyalty by promoting certifications competencies and meeting program requirements.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Native Norwegian and B2 level English proficiency.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related field with a strong preference for experience in a channel environment.
Skills:
Strong negotiation communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Familiarity with channel programs partners and distributors.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to collaborate innovate and work toward goal achievement within a team environment.
