Requirements:
- Native Flemish speaker with B2 proficiency in English and also French.
- 2 years of experience in technologyrelated sales or business development; experience in a technical sales or presales environment is preferred.
- Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning.
- Bachelors degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new customer wins for Microsoft Cloud by maximizing upsell and crosssell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager.
- Present compelling Cloud value propositions that align with customer business objectives and IT initiatives utilizing expertise in solution selling techniques.
- Provide technical product overviews and insights tailored to customer needs and usage scenarios.
- Enhance technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas that accelerate customer success in the cloud.
- Position competitive offerings in context with customer needs and experiences.
- Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations to ensure accurate projections of anticipated costs for new services.
- Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers effectively.
- Execute rapid technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals for identified customer solutions.
- Achieve a Level 300 understanding of Cloud offerings and leverage all available training resources; a minimum of Fundamentals certification is required with L200 certification preferred.
- Act as the primary technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers.
- Conduct both group and oneonone training sessions across the center on areas of expertise.
- Meet and exceed teamlevel monthly quarterly and annual targets for netnew revenue sales pipeline and operational metrics.
- Continuously research and stay informed about the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing from both our company and competitors.
