Jr Project Coordinator 3 yrs Exp CTH W2 only 5 day Onsite Dallas TX (USC/GC/H4EADs)
2 rounds of Interview (1st Video call and 2nd In person Interview)
Interview Dates Set: September 26th & 27th
Onsite role Dallas TX

Job Summary
- Preferred Skills:
- POS system experience is a plus
- Experience in the industry is always a plus
- External vendors or customers interaction experience is helpful Soft Skills:
- Must be a good task master
- Great communicator
- Detail oriented
Responsibilities include
Coordinates and communicates upgrade schedules with field operations site managers and technical resources
Codes processes and records vendor invoices and project expenses as approved by lead project manager
Provides technical administration for onboarding/offboarding of Retail sites to Mobile/Loyalty App
Communicates with technical helpdesk to receive site ID change requests
Works with 3rd party vendors to create change or terminate site IDs
Executes scripts to determine existing site connectivity
Configures webbased systems to enable functionality at hundreds of locations
