Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zones)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer support and manage inbound and outbound customer scheduling. The CSR will interact with and support field technicians ensuring smooth coordination and great customer service. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills an ability to focus on tasks and a productive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Scheduling and Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer communications schedule services and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Field Technician Support: Collaborate with field technicians to ensure customer service operations run smoothly.
  • Communication: Provide clear and professional customer communication through internet phone systems and CRM tools.
  • Administrative Support: Manage customer records data entry and system updates through the Google Suite and CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills and minimal accent.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems Google Suite and internet phone systems.
  • Ability to stay focused on tasks and remain productive.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

NicetoHaves:

  • Knowledge of the HVAC plumbing electrical or construction industries.
  • Spanish language skills.
