Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Remote (Ability to work within specified time zones as needed)

Work Schedule: Flexible based on company needs typically Monday to Friday.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities. You will identify potential clients initiate contact and set up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective companies and decisionmakers.
  • Conduct outbound calls emails and social outreach to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads and assess their potential fit.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of sales pipelines and lead generation techniques.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate product value.

Nice to Haves
