Position Overview:
As a Senior Financial Operations Analyst you will play a critical role in optimizing financial processes and driving datadriven decisionmaking. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to analyze financial performance implement process improvements and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of financial operations advanced analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct indepth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts to senior management highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations accounting standards and internal policies.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to support financial planning reporting and analysis needs.
- Data Management: Oversee data accuracy and integrity in financial systems ensuring reliable financial reporting and analysis.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA CPA) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 57 years of experience in financial analysis operations or a related field with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel SQL ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of financial principles regulations and best practices.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
