Job Title: Financial Compliance Analyst
Employment Type: FullTime
We are seeking a meticulous and detailoriented Financial Compliance Analyst to ensure our organization adheres to all applicable financial regulations. You will monitor internal processes evaluate financial risk and ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Monitor financial activities to identify areas of risk and implement necessary improvements.
- Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory agencies.
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory laws and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and rectify compliance issues.
- Support the design and implementation of compliance programs and frameworks.
- Provide training and support to staff on financial compliance matters.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a financial compliance role.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations (e.g. SOX SEC etc.).
- Proficient in financial auditing processes and risk management strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Salary: $65000 $85000 per year (depending on experience)
