You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Engagement Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving engagement strategies whether with customers employees or stakeholders depending on the organizations focus. This role involves collecting and analyzing data to understand engagement levels identifying trends and recommending strategies to enhance relationships and drive positive outcomes. The Engagement Analyst works closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure that engagement efforts align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to engagement including customer feedback employee surveys social media interactions and other relevant metrics. Use this data to identify trends strengths and areas for improvement.
Engagement Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of engagement strategies. Work with marketing HR or customer service teams to enhance engagement efforts and ensure they align with organizational objectives.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on engagement metrics including participation rates satisfaction scores and engagement outcomes. Provide actionable insights to improve engagement strategies.
Survey Design and Analysis: Design and administer surveys to measure engagement levels. Analyze survey results to gain insights into customer or employee satisfaction loyalty and overall engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including marketing HR customer service and product teams to support engagement initiatives. Ensure that engagement activities are coordinated and support overall business goals.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and recommend changes to improve outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in engagement strategies.
Content Development: Assist in creating content for engagement campaigns including newsletters emails social media posts and internal communications. Ensure that messaging resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
Customer/Employee Journey Mapping: Analyze customer or employee journeys to identify key touchpoints and opportunities to enhance engagement. Use journey mapping to improve overall experience and satisfaction.
Event Planning and Coordination: Support the planning and of events or activities designed to increase engagement such as workshops webinars or community outreach programs. Ensure these initiatives are wellorganized and effectively promote engagement.
Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain feedback loops to continuously gather input from customers employees or stakeholders. Use feedback to inform and refine engagement strategies.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Human Resources Business Administration Communications or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Google Analytics) and engagement platforms (e.g. CRM systems survey tools). Familiarity with content management and social media tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to interpret data and provide insights that drive engagement.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present data findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple engagement initiatives simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and engage with diverse audiences.
