Title: .Net/PLSQL Programmer Analyst IV

Location: Houston TX 77002

Position: Hybrid (3days onsite/2days remote)

Duration: Contract To Hire

Accomplished Programmer Analyst with years of experience in the full lifecycle development and support of business application systems. Proficient in PL/SQL for advanced data manipulation and reporting and skilled in developing and integrating web services using SOAP and RESTful APIs within .NET frameworks. Demonstrates a strong track record in designing optimizing and deploying complex systems ensuring high performance reliability and alignment with business objectives. Adept at managing technical documentation mentoring team members and providing effective troubleshooting and support to maintain system stability and user satisfaction.

Skill set Candidate Should/Must have :

• 4 years of experience working as a Programmer Analyst and Software Engineer.
• Expert with PL/SQL used it to create data analysis and scripts for data manipulation and reporting.
• 4 years of experience working with .NET Web Services and Linux.
• Developed and integrated backend services specifically web services using restful APIs within .NET
• Hands on experience gathering requirements from business units and creating events/systems within the framework they are looking for.
