Job Description

The Role

Are you looking for an exciting Inside Channel Sales Executive role within a fastpaced working environment and uncapped commission Would you like to use your excellent communication skills in a varied stimulating sales role Do you want to be part of a thriving software organization and contribute actively to a modern and inspiring B2B Marketing and Sales team Then look no further.

This new and exciting channel role is open for anybody with software sales experience who is looking to further their career.

Working closely with our fieldbased UK Channel partner managers you will be selling the following products from the iTS PrintCopyScanPortfolio through our existing channel partners whilst also being expected to onboard new partners

DocSlide

Additionally you would be expected to target new customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive international software house (circa 125 employees worldwide) ideally working from our HQ offices in Harrow London or our Madrid office in Spain.

Excellent written and spoken English is essential (any other European language is desirable)

Job Requirements

  1. Promote our wide range of products within the iTS PrintCopyScan portfolio.

  2. Cold and warmcalling UK channel partners.

  3. Performing online presentations and demonstrations of our software to existing and

potential new channel partners.

  1. Utilizing your consultative selling skills to encourage sales and uncover crossselling

opportunities.

  1. Answering incoming channel partner emails and phone call enquiries.

  2. Ensuring that channel partners queries are answered in a timely manner.

  3. Effective use of our company CRM

  4. Training channel partners to generate quotations via iTS Pricing Wizard

  5. General administration.

You may be required to carry out other work within the company from time to time in order to be flexible and adapt to market conditions and customer requirements. This role is not a startup role and involves selling to an existing client base as well as hunting for new customers where crossselling opportunities will present you with an exciting commission earning potential.

Key Skills

  1. Highly driven salesperson with experience in sales negotiation and a selfstarter who is eager to learn.

  2. Experience from within a B2B sales environment.

  3. The ability to demonstrate a clear sales strategy for the sales product portfolio.

  4. Experience in demonstrating and selling software solutions or another technical product is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.

  5. Experience of the print and copy dealer industry is preferable but not essential.

  6. Ability to deliver high quality customer service with attention to detail.

  7. Good knowledge of market research techniques.

  8. Excellent written and spoken English.

  9. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within a growing organization.

  10. Selfdisciplined with the ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.

  11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook is expected as is experience a CRM system.

  12. Minimum oneyear experience in a sales environment is required.

Desirable (but not essential)

  1. Other European languages spoken and written.

  2. Knowledge of the Print and Copy industry.

  3. Understanding of IT in general such as operating systems and network infrastructures.
