Job Description

Role Description

  • This is a fulltime onsite role for an Oracle HCM Technical consultant / Reports Developers with strong proficiency in BI Publisher and OTBI. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports to meet the business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant / Reports Developer.
  • Proficiency in BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  • Advise client on options risks and any impacts on other processes or systems.
  • Assist the Oracle HCM Functional Team in making the changes to make sure the Application works in the Fusion Environment.
  • Experience in HDL Fast formulas Extracts and BI Reports.
  • Experience of Migrating data for Projects from legacy systems of the clients.
  • Assist client in preparing validation scripts testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Fusion HCM projects.
  • Expertise in RTF Excel EText Template.
  • Strong knowledge required in SQL PL/SQL.
  • Good hands on BIP & OTBI Dashboard Report.
  • Experience on Oracle Report Tool Extract OIC Personalization & Customization.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Cloud HCM BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and document reporting requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report development and usage.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of the reports.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and implement new report functionalities.
