Job Description
Job Title: Senior .NET Core Developer (ContracttoHire)
Location: Pune Mumbai or Nashik
Experience: 7 years
Job Type: ContracttoHire
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design develop and maintain scalable secure and highperformance .NET Core applications.
2. Lead and mentor junior team members in .NET Core development best practices.
3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
4. Participate in code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
6. Implement automated testing and deployment scripts.
7. Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Technical Requirements:
1. 7 years of experience in .NET Core development (version 3.1 and above).
2. Strong proficiency in C# (link unavailable) Core Entity Framework Core.
3. Experience with microservices architecture Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
4. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
5. Knowledge of design patterns SOLID principles and clean architecture.
6. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
7. Strong database skills (SQL Server MongoDB or similar).
Soft Skills:
1. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
2. Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
3. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
4. Leadership and mentoring skills.
