Job Description
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and educating them about our home services.
- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their needs.
- Keeping track of customer inquiries and following up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Identifying potential clients and generating leads through market research and networking.
- Meeting daily weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Assisting customers in scheduling appointments and resolving any issues they may have.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales in our CRM database.
- Collaborating with the sales team and providing them with customer feedback to improve our services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the home services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- Organized selfdriven and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills. ms word , ms excel , Powerpoint
