Job Description
We welcome candidates with a range of experience from entrylevel to experienced engineers and will tailor responsibilities to match the individual s expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide postsales technical support including installation troubleshooting repair and upgrades of CNC machinery and peripherals.
- Coordinate and execute activities related to installing maintaining and repairing equipment.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Perform equipment diagnostics analyze issues and complete necessary repairs or recommend upgrades.
- Collaborate with equipment operators and management to detect and resolve equipment problems.
- Advise management and factory engineers on equipment defects customer feedback and product performance improvements.
- Work independently or as part of a team to prioritize and manage service activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering (electrical mechanical or engineering technology).
- 25 years of experience in a machine tool company.
- Proficiency with Fanuc machines and CNC systems.
- Understanding of PLC systems and ability to read PLC diagrams.
- Experience with forklift and manual lifting equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel 30%50% for onsite work.
