Our client is looking for a proficient customer driven and organized Property Administrator to join their team! This position will be starting early January.
Our client provides condominium property management and consulting services with an intense focus on organizational efficiency proactive customer service and conciergelevel services. This role will be responsible for supporting properties in the Kitchener/Waterloo region. The work location will be hybrid and flexible with a combination of working in the office at the actual property site.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in progressing in the Property Management industry to a Property Manager role in time.
Salary:
$50000 per year
Hours of Work:
9:00am 5:00pm Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
Evenings and weekends on occasion may be required
Responsibilities
- Provide superior client and owner communication in person as well as by email or mail.
- Complete daily weekly monthly and yearly administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Taking minutes at Board meetings and Annual General Meetings.
- Create organize edit and maintain property and related documentation.
- Maintain effective organization through both filing and paper copies as well as electronic systems.
- Basic bookkeeping for properties.
- Develop and maintain calendar for updating and tracking ongoing projects.
- Coordinate owner and manager requests supply needs and maintenance schedules.
- Creation of posters and newsletters as well as other information material as needed.
- Some oncall duties on evenings or weekends may be required from time to time.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in administration.
- Condo property experience is an asset.
- Hospitality front desk or administration experience is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is required.
- Attention to detail organizational abilities and customer service excellence are essential.
- Bookkeeping and accounting skills are an asset.
- Experience with ShiftSuite is an asset.
- Professionalism and respect for confidentiality are critical.
- Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
