Position Summary
We are seeking dynamic and resultsdriven Sales and Marketing Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales expanding market reach and enhancing the brand s visibility. This role involves developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies building relationships with clients and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research and Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and customer preferences.
- Analyze market data to refine marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize both traditional and digital marketing channels (social media email content advertising) to generate leads.
Client Development and Relationship Management:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored design solutions.
Sales and Proposal Development:
- Follow up on leads and convert them into clients.
- Prepare proposals outlining design solutions and client benefits.
Marketing Materials and Branding:
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures presentations and case studies. Manage the companys online presence (website social media).
Sales Reporting and Performance Analysis:
- Develop and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management highlighting performance metrics and growth opportunities.
Client Experience and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide feedback from the market to the design team to enhance service offerings.
- Ensure client satisfaction through project .
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the interior design architecture or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of sales principles marketing strategies and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Social Media Email and Whatsapp Promotion).
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
