Job Overview:
As a Service Coordinator you will serve as the main liaison between customers dealerships and our internal teams. Your core duty is to handle service inquiries and requests from German and Polishspeaking clients efficiently and professionally. Youll play a key role in ensuring seamless service coordination and delivering an exceptional customer experience reflecting our commitment to excellence.
This hybrid position allows you the convenience of working 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely offering flexibility while still fostering essential team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for German and Polishspeaking customers addressing inquiries requests and concerns with professionalism.
- Organize and coordinate service appointments repairs and maintenance schedules with dealerships.
- Facilitate timely and clear communication between customers service teams and technical departments.
- Oversee the service process ensuring all requests are logged tracked and resolved effectively.
- Conduct followup with customers to confirm satisfaction with services provided.
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions service histories and followup actions in our CRM system.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions to help improve service processes.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and Polish (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service service coordination or a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to resolve customer issues.
- A passion for or background in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
