Job Description

Role Overview:

As a SlovakSpeaking Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Slovakspeaking customers. Youll manage inquiries resolve issues and assist with orders ensuring that every interaction meets the high standards we are known for. This is a fulltime onsite role in ClujNapoca where you will be working alongside a passionate team in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for Slovakspeaking customers responding to inquiries through phone email and live chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Efficiently handle complaints concerns and productrelated queries ensuring satisfactory solutions are provided.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing modifying and tracking orders as well as handling returns and exchanges.
  • Account Support: Help customers with account issues such as password resets billing questions and other troubleshooting.
  • Product Knowledge: Become wellversed in our product catalog to offer accurate guidance and product recommendations to customers.
  • Escalation Handling: Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to gather feedback on their experience.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of all customer interactions queries and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the smooth running of customer service processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Slovak and English: Strong verbal and written skills in both languages are essential.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a similar customerfacing role is highly preferred.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Demonstrate the ability to think critically and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent Communication: Friendly professional and able to engage with customers while providing practical solutions.
  • DetailOriented: Accuracy is key both in order handling and maintaining customer information.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software such as Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Multitasking Ability: Able to manage multiple customer queries and prioritize effectively in a busy work environment.
  • Team Player: Willing to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team success.
