Job Description

Our ClujNapoca office is a central hub for our operations and we are excited to offer an opportunity for a SerbianSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our dynamic environment.

Role Overview:

In the role of SerbianSpeaking Customer Advisor you will be the key point of contact for our Serbianspeaking customers ensuring that their questions concerns and orders are handled with the highest level of care. Based onsite at our office in ClujNapoca you will work directly with customers delivering excellent service and helping to resolve issues. To welcome you to our team we also offer a 1000 signing bonus as a special incentive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for Serbianspeaking customers assisting with inquiries through various channels such as phone email and chat.
  • Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints and concerns ensuring prompt and effective solutions are provided.
  • Order Management: Guide customers through placing tracking and managing their orders as well as processing returns or exchanges.
  • Account Support: Assist customers with accountrelated issues like login problems payment inquiries and general account management.
  • Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Escalation: Identify and escalate complex customer issues to appropriate teams for resolution ensuring swift and effective outcomes.
  • Customer FollowUp: Perform followups to ensure customer satisfaction and that any issues have been thoroughly addressed.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately log all customer interactions including requests issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to share customer insights and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Fluency in Serbian and English: You must be fully fluent in both languages with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related role is advantageous.
  • ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong skills in quickly resolving customer issues and finding solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: A friendly professional demeanor and ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks from order management to maintaining detailed customer records.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems and basic office software (Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook).
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Team Player: Enjoys working collaboratively to achieve shared goals and provide outstanding customer service.
