Role Overview:

As a DutchSpeaking Content Moderator you will be an essential part of our team responsible for ensuring that usergenerated content meets our community guidelines and quality standards. Based in our modern office in Lisbon you will review and manage content ensuring a safe and positive environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Monitor and evaluate usergenerated content in Dutch to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and policies. Your keen eye for detail will help maintain the quality and integrity of our platform.
• Policy Enforcement: Apply our content moderation policies consistently to identify and act on inappropriate or harmful content. Youll be instrumental in creating a safe and respectful online space for our users.
• Reporting & Feedback: Document and report any trends or issues related to content moderation. Your observations will help us refine our policies and improve our moderation processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to address and resolve any contentrelated issues. Effective communication and teamwork are key to ensuring a smooth moderation workflow.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in content moderation and digital safety. Your proactive approach will contribute to ongoing improvements in our content management strategies.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch: You must be fluent in Dutch both written and spoken with strong English language skills. Clear communication is crucial for this role.
