Position Overview:
As an OnSite FinnishSpeaking Customer Advisor youll be the face of our company assisting Finnishspeaking customers with their travel needs. This onsite role in Athens allows you to soak in the citys vibrant life while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Provide onsite support to Finnishspeaking customers addressing inquiries booking requests and travelrelated concerns.
Communication: Employ your fluent Finnish language skills for effective inperson communication ensuring clarity and understanding.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly aiming to exceed expectations and enhance their overall experience.
Product Knowledge: Acquire a strong understanding of our travel products and services offering accurate information and recommendations.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure seamless customer service and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken): Showcase your proficiency in Finnish ensuring effective communication with customers.
- Adaptability to OnSite Work: Demonstrate your ability to excel in an onsite work setting emphasizing your commitment to providing outstanding service in person.
- Customer Service Experience (Beneficial but Not Mandatory): While previous customer service experience is advantageous it is not mandatory and wont hinder your success in this role.
