Job Description

We are a rapidly expanding international digital banking company seeking enthusiastic customerfocused individuals to join our team. As a Remote GermanSpeaking Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Germanspeaking clients resolving inquiries and promoting cuttingedge digital banking products. This role is fully remote but you must be based within Spain.

Role Overview:
In this position youll provide customer support through multiple channels including phone email WhatsApp and live chat ensuring an excellent experience for our clients. Youll handle various bankingrelated inquiries such as account management password resets money transfers and product recommendations. Prior experience is not required as comprehensive training will be provided. We are seeking individuals who are strong communicators problem solvers and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:

    • Deliver outstanding support to Germanspeaking customers via phone email WhatsApp and chat.
    • Assist clients with queries related to digital banking services such as account creation troubleshooting password issues and transaction questions.
    • Provide guidance to customers using the digital banking platform ensuring a smooth experience.
    • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
  2. Product Expertise:

    • Educate customers on innovative digital banking solutions tailored for the German market.
    • Clearly communicate the features benefits and potential risks of different banking and investment products.
    • Offer relevant banking products based on customer needs while following all regulatory guidelines.
  3. Back Office Support:

    • Manage backoffice functions including handling emails WhatsApp inquiries and chat requests.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as processing account updates and handling documentation.
    • Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented within the internal system.
  4. Regulatory Compliance:

    • Adhere to all internal and external banking regulations to ensure transparency and customer protection.
    • Ensure communication with clients complies with all ethical and regulatory standards.
    • Stay informed on the latest updates in digital banking laws affecting the German market.
  5. Quality & Sales Targets:

    • Maintain or exceed established performance and quality benchmarks.
    • Achieve defined service and sales targets while maintaining a customerfirst approach when offering products.
    • Report and follow up on any issues or irregularities with the banking application to ensure swift resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (C1 level or above) with solid English skills. Spanish language knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Residency: Must be located within Spain and have access to a reliable internet connection.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Higher education or certifications in customer service or finance are beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Customer Focus: Strong communication skills and the ability to handle client issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Technical Aptitude: Confident in using digital platforms with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technology.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Capable of resolving customer queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a strong focus on accuracy when managing sensitive financial data.
  • Willingness to Learn: Motivated to gain knowledge in digital banking through training provided by the company.
  • Experience: No previous customer service or banking experience is necessary although it is advantageous.
