Job Description
Company Background:
This company is an aesthetic clinic licensed under the Ministry of Health Malaysia (Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia KKM). As a rapidly growing and developing organization they have ambitious plans to expand their presence across Malaysia. Leveraging advanced technology the clinic offers highend services to its customers. This newly established clinic is located in Bangsar Kuala Lumpur.
Job Description:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Handled Full set of Accounts.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payment and collection.
- Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify variances and trends.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other compliance documents.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel familiar with accounting Auto Count software is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
