Position: Conversion & Retention Agent (Spanish Speakers)
Location: Manila Philippines
Salary: $1500$3000 (Depending on Position)
Living Expenses: $1000
Relocation Package: Flights & eVisa
Are you fluent in Spanish and passionate about customer service We are seeking experienced Conversion & Retention Agents to join our team in Philippines. In this role you will be responsible for communicating with Spanishspeaking customers to improve conversion rates and enhance customer retention.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to Spanishspeaking customers to convert leads into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service in Spanish to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Proven experience in sales customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
- Flexibility to work in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
