Job Description

The Role: Youll support clients of a wellknown financial institution through calls chat and email helping them navigate online banking and understand products and marketing campaigns. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customers via calls chat and email
  • Providing product details and information on campaigns
  • Assisting with card services and scheduling appointments
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and inquiries
