As the Global Program Manager youll take charge of flawlessly executing and optimizing global customer programs. Youll collaborate with regional teams to ensure customer solutions are effectively communicated and delivered exceeding expectations at every turn. Your focus will be on customer stabilization retention and program optimization orchestrating the global operations team to ensure consistent and stable customer experiences.
The Challenges
- Key responsibilities include establishing clear KPIs and SLAs driving the global strategic operational roadmap and making decisions that prioritize both customer success and bottomline impact.
- As the ultimate escalation point for operational challenges youll ensure that all customer programs are efficiently managed and optimized across multiple regions.
- Working closely with the Global Account Director/Manager youll elevate the overall customer experience while contributing to global projects that foster innovation and efficiency.
- Youll also mentor and coach your team aiding in their professional growth and ensuring they continue delivering exceptional results.
- Lead regional program management teams providing the resources and guidance to deliver worldclass service.
- Attract develop and coach both direct and dotted line reports cultivating a strong capable workforce.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize program delivery resolving challenges and driving continuous improvement.
Serve as the internal escalation point for operational issues ensuring smooth merchandise flow and timely resolution of any disruptions. - Drive KPI performance and program metrics translating data into actionable insights for program optimization.
- Identify business opportunities and proactively share them with the key account team.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers aligning program development with their evolving goals.
- Ensure business continuity establishing processes for seamless transitions when team members are promoted or unavailable.
- Identify and resolve recurring internal process inefficiencies by working with process owners.
Facilitate best practice sharing and drive program improvements across regions and teams. - Ensure data accuracy for KPI reporting partnering with subject matter experts to drive improvements.
- Support crossfunctional teams on strategic projects delivering successful outcomes for clients.
What It Takes
- Minimum five years of relevant international transportation/logistics experience involving direct customer interaction.
- Strong background in logistics for Retailers / FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) type of companies
- Transportation industry knowledge ideally to include understanding of international order management
- Ability to engage and establish relationship with different levels and different culture
