Job Title: Technical Customer Support (Voice/Email/Chat) Italian English
Project Name: Search Engine / Technical Support
Location: Lisbon (Onsite)
Start Date: October 9 2024
Work Schedule: Rotating 40hour week Monday to Friday (08:00 AM 08:00 PM) and Saturday to Sunday (08:00 AM 05:00 PM) with 2 days off.

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist youll be the goto hero assisting users with technical issues across voice email and chat channels. Youll help resolve anything from troubleshooting bugs to walking customers through stepbystep fixes. Youll work with a friendly dynamic team in Lisbonone of the most vibrant cities in the world!
What Youll Do:
Solve Tech Mysteries: Assist users with all things technical from bugs to browser hiccups.
Provide Stellar Support: Deliver topnotch customer service via voice email and chat.
Be the Voice of Expertise: Guide users through technical fixes and ensure they leave satisfied.
Multilingual Genius: Communicate effortlessly in both Italian and English to support customers from around the globe.
