Prior Background: Minimum 10 years of experience working as part of Technology solution at an IT company. Must have played a senior technical analyst role for a full life cycle of application integration design and development including participation in initial discussion of requirements clear choice sizing estimation and scheduling.
Technical Skills: Java Spring Hibernate XML Soap Rest Mulesoft Data modelling exposure to both SOA and Microservices architecture Agile delivery
Primary Skills
Exposure to Banking domain
Experience in requirement gathering analysis of the Use Cases and EntityRelationship and Data Flow Models.
Designs and builds integration components and interfaces as per requirements.
Strong in data structures and algorithms design patterns and object oriented design principles.
Experience in developing SOA and Microservices system architecture
Hands on experience in product development and integration design and development.
Experience building highly scalable distributed systems.
Experience in working with high available high volume business critical systems
Strong skills in key J2EE technologies like Core Java programming EJB JSP JDBC Java Mail XML JAXP JAAS JMS JSTL JTA
Experience in frameworks like Spring Hibernate Struts Jasper Quartz
Good knowledge in PL SQL and Unix Scripting C C and any EAI
Fully conversant on Interface design Database design OOAD
CI:CD tools like Jenkins
Understanding of ITIL v3 foundation concepts
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Certification in Java and aligned tooling desired but not mandatory.
Awareness of Payment processing system and framework is preferred. Exposure to Payments processing solutions like GPP OPF Icon IPF ACI UPI etc is added advantage
Responsibilities
Ability to execute the tasks as per the instructions or run books provided by the team lead or architect
Perform Payment Hub related build and integration activities
Support system architecture design and cross business area projects.
Ability to own endtoend application delivery for specified projects identifying and engaging all technical component teams that need to contribute
Ensuring project designs are compliant to architectures and standards
Experience in leading and managing a team
Provide L3 support as per defined SLAs
Maintain effective relationships and deal openly with all key stakeholders taking into account the needs of all stakeholders and influence decisions which in the long term are positive for customers and clients stakeholders and partners.
Ensure that endtoend view is established and that all key requirements are captured. Support and or produce the definition of clear functional and nonfunctional requirements (e.g. capacity availability response times etc.).

Support Design develop implement and maintain series of programs subsystem revision and enhancement of current system.
Support test planning and design
Support the deployment activity as per the processes defined
Ensure all the pre requisites are met prior to initiating any deployment tasks
Execute rollback procedures if required
Troubleshoot incidents during deployment
Perform operational readiness tasks and ensure production acceptance criteria are met
