As our company expands were excited to bring on a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to work remotely with our team.

Job Scope:
Step into a pivotal role as a Business Development Associate where youll spearhead the identification of new leads and opportunities present our exceptional services and drive the conversion of leads into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate and qualify outbound leads from various sources and channels.
  • Client Engagement: Approach leads using innovative channels creating lasting impressions.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with new current and former clients.
  • Strategic Meetings: Conduct impactful meetings with decisionmakers delivering compelling presentations that showcase our services.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and maintain proposals contracts and invoices with precision and professionalism.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and summarize valuable feedback from clients to continually enhance our services.
  • Cold Calling: Conduct persuasive cold calls to engage leads and prospects.
  • Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure our business development strategies align with marketing efforts.
  • Database Management: Diligently log and maintain records in our lead database.
  • Reporting: Provide insightful periodic status reports.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed set targets and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Full proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
