Job Summary:
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to endusers resolving hardware and software issues and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This role requires strong problemsolving skills excellent communication abilities and a customeroriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide firstlevel support to endusers via phone email or inperson. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues.
- Incident Management: Log and track all incidents and service requests using the IT service management system. Ensure timely resolution and followup.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems including servers networks and applications.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for endusers on various software applications and IT best practices.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures troubleshooting guides and user manuals.
- Hardware and Software Installation: Install configure and upgrade hardware and software components as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to identify and implement improvements to IT services and infrastructure.
- Security: Assist in maintaining IT security protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (ServiceNow Jira).
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
