Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Financial Insights Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and driving datadriven decisions to support business objectives. This role requires a blend of financial expertise analytical acumen and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Conduct indepth financial analysis including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and improve financial performance.

Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports dashboards and insights to senior management highlighting key trends risks and opportunities.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and refine financial models and business strategies that align with organizational goals.

Data Management: Manage and analyze financial data from various sources to identify trends anomalies and opportunities for optimization.

Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies providing recommendations for risk mitigation and compliance improvements.

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to nonfinancial stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA) preferred.

5 years of experience in financial analysis planning or management with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and improving financial performance.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and budgeting techniques.

Advanced skills in Excel and financial software; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
