Job Description
Job Title: Senior Risk Analyst
Job Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented Senior Risk Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in identifying assessing and mitigating risks to ensure the organizations financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess financial and operational risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks.
- Monitor and report on risk exposure and trends to senior management.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify risk factors and develop mitigation plans.
- Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Risk Management or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 5 years of experience in risk analysis or risk management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in risk assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Professional certification (e.g. FRM PRM) is a plus.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $90000 $120000 annually commensurate with experience.
- Benefits include health insurance retirement plans and paid time off.
