Job Summary: The Senior Director of Learning and Development will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our learning and development strategy. This executive position is responsible for creating a robust framework for employee development driving organizational learning initiatives and ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in designing and implementing effective learning programs managing large teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the companys business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify key development needs and ensure learning initiatives support organizational goals.

Program Development:
- Design and implement innovative learning programs including leadership development technical skills training and employee onboarding.
- Oversee the creation and management of learning content ensuring it meets the needs of diverse employee groups and stays current with industry trends.

Team Management:
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of L&D professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented team culture encouraging professional growth and excellence.

Performance Measurement:
- Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and their impact on business performance.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Change Management:
- Support organizational change initiatives by developing and delivering targeted learning solutions.
- Advocate for a culture of learning and development across the organization promoting engagement and participation.

Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the learning and development budget ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with financial targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in learning and development with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing largescale learning programs and leading diverse teams.
- Strong strategic thinking leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisionmaking and measure program effectiveness.
