Position Overview:
The Director of Talent Management will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our talent management strategy. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs and practices that attract retain and develop top talent. The role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent management employee development and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive talent management strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business success.
- Leadership Development: Develop and manage leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders and ensure leadership effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process including goal setting performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive organizational culture by implementing initiatives that drive employee engagement satisfaction and retention.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure alignment of talent acquisition strategies with overall talent management objectives.
- Succession Planning: Develop and manage succession planning processes to ensure continuity and readiness for key positions.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and design programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make datadriven decisions.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all talent management practices comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Development or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in talent management human resources or a related field with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing talent management strategies that drive organizational success.
- Strong knowledge of performance management employee development and leadership development.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decisions and improvements.
- Experience with HR software and systems.
