Job Description
Job Title: Financial Planning Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. This role is crucial in developing financial strategies driving budgeting processes and providing insights that support strategic decisionmaking across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the annual budgeting process and longterm financial planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue expenses and profitability.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational plans.
- Prepare and present financial reports including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
- Lead and mentor the financial planning team to enhance their analytical capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; Masters degree or CPA is preferred.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling budgeting and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with financial software (e.g. ERP systems BI tools).
- Excellent analytical communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decisionmaking.
Compensation:
- Salary: $100000 $130000 annually based on experience.
- Benefits package includes health insurance retirement plans and performancebased bonuses.
