Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Change Management to lead our organization through complex transformations and drive effective change initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of change management principles and a proven track record of guiding largescale organizational changes. This role requires exceptional leadership strategic thinking and communication skills to ensure successful adoption and integration of new processes systems and organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational goals. Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize change initiatives.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals. Foster a collaborative and highperformance environment. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.

  • Change Initiatives: Oversee the planning and of change initiatives including organizational restructuring process improvements and technology implementations. Ensure that change initiatives are delivered on time within scope and on budget.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns. Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and resistance related to change initiatives. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges and minimize disruptions.

  • Change Impact Assessment: Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the potential effects of change initiatives on various business units and functions. Adjust strategies as needed to address identified impacts.

  • Training and Support: Design and deliver training programs to support employees through the transition. Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts. Use data to drive continuous improvement and refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Organizational Development Human Resources or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Prosci ACMP) preferred.

  • 10 years of experience in change management with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing complex change initiatives.

  • Proven experience in managing largescale organizational transformations and leading crossfunctional teams.

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
