Job Description
Job Title: Node.js Developer
Location: Johnston RI Remote
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Node.js Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable highperformance backend services and APIs using Node.js. You will work on developing and maintaining serverside logic ensuring seamless data interchange between the server and client applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain serverside applications using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g. Express.js).
- Build efficient reusable and scalable APIs to integrate with frontend applications.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
- Implement data storage solutions such as MongoDB MySQL or other databases.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the security and data protection of web applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications resolving performance issues and bugs.
- Participate in code reviews project planning and estimation sessions.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Node.js development.
